This was the first time in my 35-year history of running and operating various types of companies that I have turned warehousing and shipping over to a 3rd party. You have successfully taken a large part of my logistical headaches out of the equation. To be able to ship to large customers like Toys R Us, F.Y.E. Stores, Cost Plus World Markets to name a few, and to be able to use your QuickBooks based JOI system (which by the way, is very user-friendly) to receive full containers from China and then have you cross dock these to my customers is a very welcome scenario. Working together with your team, I/we are able to execute successfully over 25,000 individual cartons to the right places. The team is always very responsive, and there is always open communication on both sides.
